Stephen King Hilariously Mocks Trump’s Paranoid Wiretap Claims On Twitter

Stephen King Pokes Fun At President Trump

Author Stephen King took to Twitter on Saturday to have a good laugh after President Donald Trump had yet another meltdown on the social media platform. Trump accused former President Obama of wiretapping the phones at Trump Tower in the weeks leading up to the 2016 elections. As is typical, the President offered no evidence to back this up, he just ranted.

Trump’s rabid paranoia was just too much for King. He just couldn’t resist and hopped on Twitter:

Obama spokesman Kevin Lewis denied Trump’s weird allegations on Saturday, saying that “neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any U.S. citizen,” The Hill reports.

“Any suggestion otherwise is simply false,” Lewis said.

Now, if I were going to respond with a tweet, I think it would be this:

“Trump is in the White House. AND HE HAS THE NUCLEAR CODES!”
