Breaking: They ‘All Have AIDS’, will ‘Never Leave Their Huts’ – Trump Has Screaming Racist Meltdown
In June, five months after he had ordered federal officers to stop travellers from Muslim majority countries at the airports, an enraged President Trump stalked into the Oval Office, brandishing a report on immigration given to him by his Senior Advisor for policy, Stephen Miller – an avowed white supremacist.
The document detailed how many immigrants had received travel visas since the President’s term in office had begun in January, and the Donald was angrily venting that Foreigners were still coming into the country and friends were calling to say he looked like a fool, according to six officials, who either attended the meeting or were briefed on it.
The President ranted that the refugees from earthquake ravaged Haiti “all have AIDS” and that refugees from Nigeria would “never go back to their huts”. The comparatively small number of refugees from Afghanistan were coming from a terrorist haven, he fretted.
Tempers erupted and a shouting match between Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, then Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly, and the President ensued, reaching a fever pitch that led to Kelly clearing the Oval Office of other staff. But even with the doors closed, witnesses report that aides could still hear the President angrily excoriating his senior advisors.
Of course, this is the latest in a long series of revelations which White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders insists are “outrageous claims” and dismisses as “lies” by what she derides as “anonymous sources”. True, the sources are anonymous to you and I, and to the White House, but of course are known to Michael Shear and Julie Hirschfeld Davis, the journalists who broke the story in a stunning report in the New York Times.
So you have to ask yourself, dear reader, who do you believe? Reputable journalists from a venerable publication and their sources who obviously once believed in Donald Trump enough to join his administration, but evidently ended up having to risk everything to leak the disturbing events they claim to have witnessed to the press, and thus, to the people they ultimately serve? Or a serial liar paid to protect a President who looks more and more like a literal traitor every day? A professional apologist from the same propaganda team that gave us the notion of “alternative facts”, and who has routinely dismissed now proven reports as “fake news”, or reporters at the pinnacle of journalism, whose job it is to report the truth whatever it may be?
As our last Republican President, George W. Bush, once put it, “fool me once, shame on… shame on you. Fool me — you can’t get fooled again.”
