Ivanka Trump Attempted to Support ‘Time’s Up’ Movement and Twitter Went Ballistic

Ivanka Trump Apparently Forgot Who Her Father Was, Twitter Gave Her A Reminder

Unless you’ve been cut off from society for the past couple days, you’re probably aware of the show-stealing speech given by Oprah Winfrey at the Golden Globes Sunday night. It was so buzzworthy an immediate call for her to throw her name into the 2020 presidential race came from many quarters.

A large focus of her speech was the Me Too movement and the still-increasing number of men being outed as sexual predators. So, if you are actively working with or supporting an alleged sexual assaulter many times over, you would probably want to keep your head down and away from this incredible moment.

Unless you are Ivanka Trump, apparently.

The daughter of admitted sexual assaulter, Republican Donald Trump, took to Twitter to praise the speech by Oprah and offer a message of unity.

As you might notice from the all-powerful Ratio on Ivanka Trump’s tweet, the public was not particularly amused. And quite a few people, including some celebrities, weighed in on the hypocrisy.

This isn’t the first time a Donald Trump offspring has stepped into a steaming pile of hypocrisy when it comes to commenting on sexual misconduct and it probably won’t be the last.

The least self-aware children in the world keep acting like nothing is wrong here. And as long as this ridiculousness continues from Ivanka Trump, Twitter will quickly remind her of her blatant hypocrisy.
