Men’s Rights Activists Mad At ‘Feminist Agenda’ In Mad Max — Calls For Boycott (VIDEO)

Apparently, Men’s Rights Activists are a thing and actually do exist, because, you know, of all the rights that men don’t have.

In actuality, these men feel threatened by women actually being considered as equals, and don’t want anything around that may promote women being badass and appearing to be equal to men.

The latest thing to get their Underoos in a bunch? The new remake of Mad Max  titled Mad Max: Fury Road, starring Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy. Why does this movie make them mad? Well, it would seem Theron’s character appears far too much in the movie’s trailer and was seen shouting orders to the character of Mad Max. Men’s Right’s Activist Aaron Clarey writes:

“Charlize Theron kept showing up a lot in the trailers, while Tom Hardy (Mad Max) seemed to have cameo appearances. Charlize Theron sure talked a lot during the trailers, while I don’t think I’ve heard one line from Tom Hardy. And finally, Charlize Theron’s character barked orders to Mad Max.

Nobody barks orders to Mad Max.”

Clarey believes the whole film is a conspiracy to promote the “feminist agenda.” You know, because god forbid a woman have the ability to shout orders. He also cites TIME magazine, because they also promoted the film as feminist, but in the way that was happy to see a strong woman on the screen. TIME wrote:

“Here’s a surprise: Tom Hardy, a.k.a. Mad Max, isn’t the star of Mad Max: Fury Road. Charlize Theron is. An even bigger surprise? Vagina Monologues author Eve Ensler consulted on what turns out to be a very feminist film.”

Well, this just made Clarey go off the deep end because his worst fears were being realized — women’s equality. Clarey writes:

“Alas, I was forced to accept reality.  Fury Road was not going to be a movie made for men. It was going to be a feminist piece of propaganda posing as a guy flick. And like “1886: The Order” I would be let down, and would have to pin my hopes on something else.

The real issue is not whether feminism has infiltrated and co-opted Hollywood, ruining nearly every potentially-good action flick with a forced female character or an unnecessary romance sub-plot to eek out that extra 3 million in female attendees.”

Clarey REAAAALLLYYY hates women, continuing:

“But let us be clear. This is the vehicle by which they are guaranteed to force a lecture on feminism down your throat. This is the Trojan Horse feminists and Hollywood leftists will use to (vainly) insist on the trope women are equal to men in all things, including physique, strength, and logic. And this is the subterfuge they will use to blur the lines between masculinity and femininity, further ruining women for men, and men for women.

So do yourself and all men across the world a favor. Not only REFUSE to see the movie, but spread the word to as many men as possible. Not all of them have the keen eye we do here at ROK. And most will be taken in by fire tornadoes and explosions. Because if they sheepishly attend and Fury Road is a blockbuster, then you, me, and all the other men (and real women) in the world will never be able to see a real action movie ever again that doesn’t contain some damn political lecture or moray about feminism, SJW-ing, and socialism.”

And socialism??! WTF does that have to do with anything? He wants everyone to Boycott the film, because you know… he’s worried men will be seen as lesser. Even though it would really be women appearing as equals.

Needless to say, Clarey is obviously threatened by powerful women and likely has some deep-seeded mommy issues that he should probably seek help over. He’s worried people might see a strong women, and other women might also want to be equally as badass — which truthfully, would be amazing if that were to happen.
